Contact the TestProfilePicture team with questions about the tool, privacy, technical problems, corrections, partnerships or editorial feedback.
General contact
Email: info@testprofilepicture.com
Please describe the device, browser and page you were using when reporting a technical issue. Do not email private photos unless they are essential to explain the problem and you are comfortable sharing them.
Useful details for a tool issue
- The page URL.
- Your browser and device type.
- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead.
- A screenshot with private information removed.
Privacy requests
For questions about personal data, cookies or uploaded-image processing, use the same email address and include “Privacy request” in the subject line.
Corrections and platform updates
Social platforms change their interfaces and recommendations. Send us a message when you notice a preview or guide that no longer matches the current experience.
Response times
We aim to review messages within a reasonable period, but response times can vary. TestProfilePicture does not provide emergency support or official support for third-party social platforms.
Choose the right contact reason
- Tool support: include your browser, device and the step where the issue appears.
- Privacy: describe the data or consent question clearly.
- Content correction: include the page URL and the statement that needs review.
- Partnerships: explain the audience, proposed placement and expected value for users.
Before sending a support request
Refresh the page, try the original image file and confirm that JavaScript is enabled. Do not email private photos unless they are necessary to explain the issue. A screenshot of the interface is usually enough.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed as soon as practical. Clear subject lines and reproducible steps help us investigate faster. Spam, automated outreach and unrelated link requests may not receive a response.
Information that helps us investigate
For technical issues, mention the page URL, browser name, device type, image format and whether the problem happens before or after upload. For layout problems, include the screen width or a screenshot that does not reveal private information.
Privacy when contacting us
Please avoid sending identity documents, confidential work material or personal photographs unless the image is essential to reproduce a problem. You can usually replace the image with a neutral sample and still demonstrate the issue.
Editorial corrections
If a platform guide contains outdated information, share the exact paragraph and a reliable source where possible. Corrections are evaluated for accuracy, clarity and relevance to users.
